Hand Painted Paper Heart Framed Art

I started this series of hand cut paper hearts when a good friend was getting married...I wanted to make something special that symbolized the love the couple had for each other.

This art would be perfect for a baby shower or wedding gift or for mom on Mother's Day.

I start with little watercolor hearts that I hand cut and mount on foam core. I have rows of gold leaf foiled hearts underneath each floating watercolor heart. A few key hearts on the top are also hand gilded in gold. Everything is then placed in a white contemporary shadowbox frame, under real glass. The size is 12"x12", perfect to hang in a special spot or place on a shelf or bookcase. Hanging hardware is on the back.
