Hand Painted Framed Pansy Art

This spring flower is one of the first to pop up in my garden, the flower with a face, the simple pansy. This is a multimedia piece, hand printed and hand crafted in my studio. I print the image on watercolor paper and hand paint a gold background and lots of little details with 24 K gold powder from Italy. The image is framed in a contemporary white shadow box frame with real glass. The size is 9x9 square, with deep 2.5 inch sides, perfect to prop on a desk or sit in a styled bookcase.
